Viet Nam was a mess because people in D.C. put unreasonable expectations on the soldiers in the ground. My disgust is there are no US Democrats of merit insisting on peace talks in Ukraine or Israel.

We have to be able to criticize our own when our side does something screwed up, This is a prime example of the IDF screwing up and needing to be called out, No excuses , fog of war , mistaken identity or anything else.
