She should try driving on a interstate that was once always concrete and easily visible, now switched to asphalt....at night. It's like driving blindfolded. And they wonder why so many simi trucks and cars are being killed in accidents at night. It's not like a black road absorbs all the light. I would love to bitch the person out how approved that road repair... It's not like the army of engineers could make sure America has safe visible road ways ..... Real political issues.
According to someone at church who did a missionary trip to a couple of Asian and African countries is that these environmentalists do just as much harm to the poor as the local dictators do. You have what we would consider 'beyond poor' people traveling most of a day through hazardous terrain just for a single bucket of water from a questionable river that has only God knows what in it.
The normal and sane solution would to build water reservoirs or divert a river in the right way to get water closer to the people who need it the most with a minimum impact to the local ecology. . .BUT NNNOOO. . .that can't be done because it'd 'harm the environment' according to the environmentalcases.
I find the cancer rates in America per state interesting. It seems that the one I live in which was once at a time well maintained, and the production of crops were less chemical reliant is vital information in the change of the climate. I'll never deny that climate change is not happening, but the lack of road maintenance and use of climate harming materials make it clear that the government is out to harm those below them. And lack of regulation and care for others safety is out the window. It's like the person in charge tries to get the job done at the lowest price possible and pockets the rest of what the proper job costs.
