You nailed it as usual. Yes, the IDF will do something they shouldn't. Both sides have and will do a lot of things they shouldn't. But Israel has to defend itself. I don't think there are any statements in some kind of charter (I know they don't have a Constitution) that their goal is the death of all Muslims and the elimination of Muslim countries, so in my book that means they're not the bad actors here. So I give them a lot more room for mistakes that happen in the so called fog of war, because I believe they do not target civilians and buildings like hospitals. Hamas on the other hand, likes to burn babies alive. I can make the distinction while idiots like the Squad simply cannot.
