They don't believe it because among other things they are a collective of narcissists and because they are the end result of many years of leftist ideology that essentially taught them 'Israelis Bad -- anyone against them -- Good'. They simply do not have the HABIT of independent thought that would allow them to break that ideological indoctrination . . . and so they hold up such a sign to the world while apparently unaware that their kind WOULD be brutalized or imprisoned or simply executed for their lifestyles by the very people they are currently praising.
