1)Which Cro magnons?? There wjere two different types. One population that came forst two europe, had fewer numbers, where not technologically advanced and died out. Then another one who would be the ancestors of europeans, where more technologically advanced, outcompeted the neanderthals and eventually had descendants. If you mean the second one then they would had darker colors but eventually turn white after thousands of years to adapt to europe's cold climates.
