Keep in mind, that McCarthy was the 1 guy who had the most votes, and it took 15 times and a lot of deal making to get him as Speaker.

McCarthy was kicked out because he worked with the Democrats to get a 45 day funding bill passed.
Because literally the Republicans couldn't do it.
Take a moment to consider what that means. The majority party couldn't get its shit together to pass a funding bill for the government. The majority couldn't get it together enough to either defend or depose the Speaker without the Democrats.
Anything the Republicans do now will require the Democrats to make it out of the house.

What are the odds that McCarthy and a few loyalists will take every chance they get to scuttle MAGA sponsored bills? They only need 5 votes do to it. McCarthy and 4 loyalists. Those odds are real good.
So anything MAGA wants to do, they need the Democrats.
Republicans? Anything they want to do won't get past MAGA, so they too need the Democrats to get any legislation done.
So the very thing that they ousted McCarthy for doing, they will need to do in order to get anything done.
But let's say that somehow the Republicans and MAGA all come together and actually get something passed.
It'll be dead in the Democratically controlled Senate.
And Biden would veto it.
So...now what?
