Proud Boys turn into Sobbing Boys when they are sentenced. Every one sentenced so far has broke down in tears.

He was charged by the Multnomah District Attorney, not the DOJ. Nothing he did, and he did a lot of bad stuff, involved Federal property or personnel. Why are you spreading lies about Joe Biden? Don't you ever do research?

Sorry, Larry... Again YOU didn't do your research... FEDERAL = Biden DOJ

In another federal case... aka Biden DOJ...

Back in January, a man who shot a father 11 times as he was walking his children to school in DC got a plea deal to voluntary manslaughter and a 13-year sentence from a DC judge.

DC judges gave Joe Biggs 17 years, Ethan Nordean 18 years, and Zachary Rehl 15 years for non-violent crimes…

Did either of these judges break the law or commit any judicial misconduct? In fact, the judge in the Proud Boys case cut one recommended sentence by half, saying it exceeded sentences given to others for similar convictions.

Yes... Your hypocrisy with the differences between these sentences is glaring... the murderer of a father walking his children to school got only 13 years... compared to the higher sentences for non-violent crimes...

They were tried in different courts, under different laws, with different juries and judges. Justice is not only blind, it is imperfect. You support laws that allowed the murderer to get the gun that killed the "father." Take a big bite of the hypocrisy sandwich.

Federal court system... and nope... the criminal got a gun illegally... OOPS

'Harris fatally shot Miller, who was holding the hand of his 5-year-old child and carrying his infant in a car seat in his other hand. The incident occurred about 8:30 a.m. on March 4, 2022, in the 2300 block of 18th Street NE.

Prosecutors said Harris fired 13 shots, striking Miller 11 times, all in his face and upper body. Neither child was physically injured, prosecutors said.

Harris, who was on probation at the time for three separate gun possession cases, was arrested two months later. He was charged with first-degree murder while armed.

As a part of the plea agreement, prosecutors and Harris’s attorneys agreed to a sentence of 10.5 to 13 years. At the hearing Wednesday in D.C. Superior Court, Assistant U.S. Attorney Prava Palacharla asked a judge to impose the full 13 years.

β€œThis is an especially tragic crime. Surveillance video depicted the images of the defendant standing over the decedent and continuing to fire multiple times,” Palacharla said. β€œThis is a particularly egregious crime on the morning of a school day. This should not have happened.”'

This is a horrible crime, perpetrated by a detestable person, who deserved worse than he got. But it has nothing to do with the crimes of those who tried to put an end to our system of peaceful, free and open elections.

Actually, he was found guilty of similar crimes first by the locals, then the DOJ prosecuted him. He is serving his time in an Oregon State Prison. He got 10-years from both state and Federal courts.

Actually, you got it wrong... LOL

You wouldn't do it to his face even while he was behind bars.

True. I would have no interest in visiting the idiot going to prison. Keep defending him though. It's a new and interesting look for the right. Maybe in a few months or so we can switch and I'll defend that wild boy Hunter Biden....or not.

It is not that I am defending the man.

I am merely stating the fact that, if face to face with him, you would not have the nerve to cajole him.

Considering that you're stating a feeling as a fact, it would appear that you are.

It is not a feeling.

It is fact.

That's not a fact, that's wishful fantasizing used bizarrely to cloak a defense of that seditious lump of walking fetid trailer trash excrement.

On what do you base your "fact"?

I read that he's a drunk. He gets a belly full of stupid, does something wrong and regrets it. One report said he had been drinking before being sentenced. Hopefully, he will join AA in prison.
