Socialists really suck at history because they were taught history by other socialists who really suck at history. It's a cycle of ignorance and delusion.

That's exactly it. I'm surprised they didn't demand Andrew Jackson to be taken off the $20 bill because of all the crap he did.

If that’s what they wanted, they wouldn’t be going after monuments. They’d be trying to censor and rewrite history textbooks like what the republicans in those states are currently doing.

"They’d be trying to censor and rewrite history textbooks"

Um, duh, that's exactly what taking down the statues is, censoring and rewriting history, to make Republicans the bad guys in the public eye, and you just proved it's an effective tactic.

The people who fought for the North did not move down to the South after the Civil War. This meme is comparing apples to dog shit.

You’re right, it’s an easy question to answer.

A: The Democrat Party

The Democrats are not emparrased by their history, but embrace it and impose it on somebody else.

Before correcting your, I'll just ask...

Would you support the practice of racial gerrymandering if it were the Republicans doing it? Would you support the party? What's your limit here?

'you are' is not correct. So, maybe learn some english, or reread what I wrote.

That was a typo by me. I didn't use quotes. It's just supposed to be "before correcting you"

Why do think voter ID laws are racist?

A: because you're a racist who thinks minorities have neither the intellect nor the capacity to operate the technology needed to obtain voter ID. Just like Biden, who said minorities don't know how to use computers, or these idiots in this video;

Which demographic is least likely to have a current voter ID? State ID? Driver's License? Any imposition that inherently affects any demographic more than others in regards to their ability to vote is racist.

Do you really think that Republicans aren't actively trying to hinder the ability to vote of a demographic that votes overwhelmingly in favor of democrats? They're just sitting back saying "minorities vote blue, so I guess we just have to accept that and move on!"

Just look at the distribution of districts in red states. Texas is awful. I had to drive 78 minutes to vote in 2020, and I'm not even in a rural area. That's a 3 hour trip just to vote because they changed the rules.

Who do you think is hurt most by a 3 hour trip? Weird how all of the boxes were conveniently placed in overwhelmingly white cities furthest from minority hubs.

So, you think black people are stupid. They don't what a lawyer is, or much how to find one. They can't use GPS to get to the DMV. Clearly, you and only you can help the poor black child get ahead in America. By using them for your power and control.

Your and You're.
0 ups, 7mo
No. I think black people are more impoverished and more likely to not have a license or a running car or the ability to miss work to drive an hour to go vote.

Therefore, they are disproportionately affected when voting boxes are removed.

"Which demographic is least likely to have a current voter ID? State ID? Driver's License?"

Illegal immigrants. And rightly so.

"Do you really think that Republicans aren't actively trying to hinder the ability to vote of a demographic that votes overwhelmingly in favor of democrats? They're just sitting back saying "minorities vote blue, so I guess we just have to accept that and move on!""

No, I think Republicans are trying to swing minority voters and help them escape the Democrat plantation.

As for your third paragraph, I can't speak to your personal experience.

"Weird how all of the boxes were conveniently placed in overwhelmingly white cities furthest from minority hubs."

You're right, it IS weird. Unbelievable in fact. You talk as if Republicans, and Republicans alone, dictate where the voting boxes are placed, let alone that they even would. Quit drinking the kool-aid.

Imagine if you will -- that there was never a "party switch" like modern Democrats will have you believe. Now actually research history and find out that it's true. There was never a party switch.

Except... there was? What are you on about? Clearly one party supports minorities, immigration, homosexuality, progressive ideals and higher taxes for the wealthy. That's a big switch from the 60s.

You mean... Clearly one party uses minorities. One party clearly uses immigration. One party clearly uses homosexuality, uses progressive ideals, and higher taxes. You can leave out the wealthy part of that because they raised taxes on everyone.

That's a big switch from the 60s yeah - because until then, they didn't pretend to give a rats ass to sway the small minded.

Call it whatever you want. If treating people like people gets votes, I'm for it. I don't care about the reasoning behind it.

Being decent is fine, even if you don't want to. I don't care what your values are as long as you don't impose them on others and to their detriment.
1 up, 8mo
Like how the trans community is targeting kids by imposing their behavior and life style on kids? To their detriment at that... That's what your side of the aisle wants. Men dancing naked in pools in front of kids.

Supports minorities? Then why has black financial status and family stability dropped *radically* since the 60s, under liberal policies?

Supports immigration? Only while Trump was in office. As soon as he was out, Kamala was giving speeches in Mexico literally saying "Do not come. Do not come." Obama actually campaigned for president on the platform of strengthening borders and getting illegal immigrants out. Hillary voted in support of the "Secure Fence Act" which was passed in 2006.

Supports homosexuality? Sure, because the more gay people there are, the faster the population declines, which fits the liberal agenda.

Progressive ideals? Like segregation? Anti-miscegenation? Active outright racism towards any minorities that come out as conservative? Like supporting Harvard having lower standards for black people than white people, while simultaneously having higher standards for Asian people than anyone else? "Progressivism" is the biggest oxymoron since "military intelligence".

Higher taxes for the wealthy? How about *lower* taxes for the not-so-wealthy? How about spending the taxes more wisely, such as not spending 10 times more on military expenditures than the next 12 countries combined, including Russia and China. How about using those taxes to send more aid to American citizens than to Ukraine, a country that's no different than the one invading it.

Raising taxes on the wealthy encourages them to move their money out of the country, and thus out of the economy. When those wealthy run businesses, that means jobs moved out of the country. Why do you think there was an economic boom while Trump was in office?

(But I know, you'll try to make the claim that that was thanks to Obama, not Trump, while somehow denying that the drastic increase in racial hostilities was thanks to Obama, not Trump.)

Um. . .dude/ette, Conservative and Liberal ideology are 'fluid'. If anything while conservatives back then were in the wrong and liberals were in the right doesn't mean it's the same today. Because today's conservatives are clearly in the right and modern liberals are very much in the wrong.
