Well, the most important thing to do to become better at English grammar (or any language's grammar) and become a better writer overall is to write a lot - the more you write, the more comfortable you will become with the process and the better you will get at expressing your ideas. I also suggest you read a wide variety of books and articles and do so often, as well as edit your work by reading it aloud and correcting any mistakes found that way. Remember, practice makes perfect when it comes to communication :>
