He used to stop just short of bragging about it up till last year. He'd try to set me up, then go quite when I left a juicy comment, this way I'd leave it overnight and HQ would get a chance to timer me while he'd then delete his own offensve comments after I went to bed.
One aftenoon I logged on to multiple replies from him asking why did I delete a certain comment. Question is, how did he know I deleted it? Maybe HQ did and that's why I didn't reply to his notifications. But nope, he somehow knew that it was deleted by ME!
I had, at that point, realized his game, so now when he goes quite, I delete my comments. So he started to dig, flagging stuff from months prior back when we could get away with a little more. Only mine got deleted, he got away with his, including a campaign to call me "squat" which in the UK is some kind of nasty slur. He got away with saying it, and I got timers for explaining to him that it's no biggie here unless someone is sensitive abut their stature.
Of course he denied it, but who else could go find my replies to him from months before? Now they don't give timers past a month or two or something. So he stopped digging.
