How about when he idiotically pulled troops out of Afghanistan and then gave the Taliban a list of all of the Afghanis who helped the United States, which the Taliban used to hunt down and kill every one they could find on the list.

This was in addition to giving the Taliban 80 Billion dollars worth of military hardware, which falls directly under the definition of treason.

Plus he left 30,000 US citizens behind at the mercy of the Taliban. If it wasn't for private citizens most of those people would have been stranded there AND those private citizens were thwarted every chance they got by the State Dept under the direction of Biden.

This is all in addition to his removing top secret documents and storing them in his garage and house that he rented out to Hunter. Whatever they end up charging Trump with, they should charge Biden with. At least Trump was the president when he took those documents, Biden never was and never had the authority to declassify documents.

And then there is all of the illegally detaining people without arrest or charges after Jan 6th. And then over 2 years later he orders that the FBI arrest 2,000 more people. That's not how our justice system works. The president cannot order any law enforcement agency to just arrest people and then figure out what for after they are arrested.

And thennnnn there's those back door deals with China and Ukraine to funnel money into Biden's pocket via Hunter. And what great expertise does Hunter have to provide a service to those two countries? Well he knows how to score crack and hookers and after that nothing else.

Every time someone brings up the "Biden left Americans behind!!! [insert pearl clutching emoji]" that number goes up. Got any evidence to support that 30K claim?

The (alleged) crimes that Trump committed involving documents are about having them, hiding them on purpose, showing them to people who shouldn't see them, and lying about having them.

And it doesn't matter if they were declassified by Trump's Magic Brain Powers or not. They're government documents, he's not supposed to have them after he ceased being President, and he lied about having them.

Remember how his lawyers 'found' some documents when they searched the place, and he had them write a letter about how there were none left?

But then, as it turns out, his own security system recorded Walt moving boxes around from room to room ahead of lawyers searching them. Then the FBI raided the place and pulled out bunches and bunches? Some from the drawers of his own desk?

Do you remember that?

Now compare Pence and Biden.

Biden's team of lawyers find some documents that should have been returned. They alert NARA. Biden says, "shit, better search the rest of the place to be sure." And then the FBI was all, ,"Hey, we wanna search too." and Biden was all "Bet." And they found some more. Which were returned.

Pence found some documents from when he was VP. Returned them. Searched the place for more. Turned them in. The FBI searched. Didn't find any more.

Do you see the difference in behavior? One hid and lied about having documents. The other 2 didn't lie and didn't hide them.

And if you're all, "But they had them and that's against the law!!!"

The laws governing these documents also have intent written into them. You have to know what you're doing is wrong and decide to do it anyway.

That number didn't go up. That was the number I heard back when it happened. But does it matter? Let's say he left 9k, you said, does that make it okay? What number is an acceptable number in which American citizens can be abandoned and left in the hands of those hostile to America?

The Presidential Document Act says that while president (which right up to and including the last second) he can remove and/or declassify top secret documents.

Now according to that audio, that was released of him talking to one of his staff, (providing is actually Trump and not a deep fake) he really screwed himself. He admitted to taking documents after he was no longer president. That being the case then he needs to receive the exact same punishment as Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, because they did the exact same thing. Hillary was never president and Biden removed top secret documents when he was a senator and vice president. None of those positions can legally remove top secret documents. Only a president can do that.

Biden ordered 2,000 people to be arrested for exercising they're 1st Amendment right to peacefully protest. The rioters have all been arrested or unconstitutionally indefinitely detained.

It was in the news, that Biden ordered another 2,000 to be arrested. I guess you missed it. You should easily be able to find it online because Democrats love violating the Constitution (and every other law). This means the mainstream media was happy to report this fact about you president.

Wow, swap in a J6 committee photo and change Biden to Trump, and you've got a bingo!

Jan 6th Committee had witnesses. Witnesses who spoke on camera. That testimony was shown to the public.

The Republican Committes have mystery witnesses who have secret informants with explosive information. But the witnesses are missing (or in jail but can't testify because... reasons...). The informant mysteriously dies. And those documents and recordings with all that explosive evidence?

It never appears. No one has ever seen them or heard them.

So... yeah. When you do put Trump in there, you do have a bingo.

Why didn't the J6 committee even lift a finger to interview Ray Epps? He's not the only one. There were lots of people who would have been detrimental to the narrative the J6 committee was trying to present. They J6 committee was an absolute joke. They were never interested in finding out what happened, they were all about spreading the lies.

What a load of crap. Epps lied his butt off in that puff interview. Several times Mr. Kinzinger actually puts word in Epps' mouth.

Epps was never the president of the Arizona chapter of Oath Keepers. Oath Keepers have no record of that.

He said he conceal carries everywhere he goes. If that is the case, then if he was carrying in DC he was violating DC law. And no on the Jan 6 committed called him out on this.

No one asked him about the text he sent to his nephew where he said the started a riot.

When they went over the events of the evening of Jan 5th, Kinzinger recounted the events for Epps. He said that Epps said he suggested that people go visit the Capitol building the next day and the crowd chanted, No. Epps did not correct Kinzinger.

it is on video that Epps tried to excite people into taking the Capitol Bldg on J6 but the crowd chanted, "Fed, Fed, Fed".

They never asked Epps why he was talking to select people around the Capitol Bldg over the barricades. As soon as Epps left, those people fomented a riot to rush into the Capitol. This is all on camera.

If Epps went into the Capitol Bldg, and we know that he did, why isn't he sitting in a prison cell? There were many other's who went into the Capitol Bldg. and did absolutely nothing who are sitting in a prison cell. There are those who went into the rotunda and turned around and left the building who are sitting in a prison cell.

But Epps gets a pass? Why? Because, despite what Epps said at the J6 committee, he is a operative of the FBI.

Ray Epps is a loser. He is the kind of guy who talks mad shit, but the moment you confront him about anything he's said, he crumbles.

That's why he's walking around, telling people they need to go do something.

Not leading them.

Standing in the back shouting at others to do it. That's why he's texting people that night about how he was up in the front, orchestrating things but the reality is that he went up to a line and didn't cross it. And when he saw what was happening, he ran away.

This guy doesn't have the stones to be a plant. He's exactly the kind of guy who'd tell everyone that he's working for the FBI.
