Your problem, as I see it Stanley (so this is friendly, constructive advice) is that you have blinders on when comes to what democrats do, and a biased microscope when it comes to what Trump does.

So my advice is to be objective for a change. Look at both sides impartially.

No, conservatives don't think the taxpayers should pay for it. Liberals hypocritically claim that abortions would still happen just the same, even if it were illegal, which goes against their line of thought that gun violence would stop if there were more laws passed. Conservatives don't think women should have abortions because of moral and ethical reasons and having later-term abortions is murdering the baby. Many U.S. states prohibit abortion after 15 weeks, while all of Europe bans abortions after 12 weeks. So American "conservatism" has more allowance than "liberal" European countries.

Federal funding can't be used in abortions already. For like a long time now.

And it's weird that you can't separate the idea of an act and a physical thing. Abortions (an act) and a gun ( a thing) are not the same.

Women will still seek an abortion when they need one. But if guns don't exist, no matter how much you want one, you won't be able to get it.

There is a real and significant difference between pregnancy and disease.

There is a 0.0% chance that you will become pregnant standing next to a pregnant woman in a crowded elevator.

But there's a really good chance you'll catch covid from someone infected with covid in that elevator.

There is a 0.0% chance that your 8 year old daughter will get pregnant standing next to a woman that is 3 weeks pregnant.

There is a really good chance that your 8 year old daughter will get measles standing next to a woman infected with measles.

Do you see the difference between those situations?

One is a personal issue for a woman make decisions about and the other risks every single person.
