I'm pretty sure that this sign is in California. Because California criminals know the rules. They know the hours in which crime is allowed and they know not to shoplift $1,000+ worth of merchandise. They know the rules and they follow the rules to the letter of the law, except for those times that they don't. And those are the rules.

It's memes like this that make Conservatives look bad. We already know that "Gun Free Zones" work, and that in cities like Chicago and New York, that have the strictest gun laws in the country, have ZERO gun crime issues.

But why didn't they just have the sign say, "No Crime 24 Hours per Day"? Obviously, you have to let people adjust, so they have time to find real jobs. We can't have the criminals living on the streets, can we?
