Most assuredly he is a communist and Russia is a communist country. Just because they incorporated some pieces of capitalism doesn’t change that. He rules as a tyrant over a nation of communists.

Communism wasn't entirely bad, it was just created because the peasant and working classes were so badly treated and were so poor that they had to take over the ruling class and install communism. But in most of the real-life examples that kinda broke down, proving one of the quotes I live by

Lol, capitalism has raised more people out of poverty than communism by far. The current iteration of a government is a travesty with the left hugely supporting corporatism and government control of the individual. 



Communist China and Russia both prospered once they incorporated their form of Capitalism. Unfortunately the left thinks that rule by tyrant and Chinese style capitalism is preferable to American Capitalism.
