Problem is, 3 years later, the economic downturn is still here, but there's no Trump to pin it on. He's already campaigning as if 2020 didn't happen, while Biden is campaigning on how he single handedly saved the world from Trump simply by being his wonderful bas assed self and some cap about his amazing Infrastructure Bill that no one gives a crap about.
Meanwhile, the stuff Trump railed about that got him elected has been amped up, and, well, you do the math.
Unless there's a miraculous turnaround within the year, forget the DNC not having any primary debates, they might as well not bother having Biden be on the ballot.
