Terrorism is terrorism. Putting labels on it other than that is pointless and just plain dumb. The guy who shot up a grocery store is no more or less evil than the trans who shot up the school. If you want to rate the crimes on an evil scale then I would dare say anyone who shoots up a school and targets children are worse.
