The Kentucky Rifle was better than anything the British Navy and Military had.

Yup it says “a well regulated militia.” Militia was not government troops or police. It was meant for citizens to be soldiers and soldiers to be citizens in order to provide a check to congressional and government oppression. I’m all for calling up citizens for muster and training if you’re upset about it not being “well regulated.” You think well regulated means removing the weapons?😂😂😂

“Shall not be infringed” period. They meant to secure to the people the right to thwart or oppose oppressive government.
