Because they're still trying to figure out what they are and what are the nads that go with them would thus be.

What in the world. My own meme was hidden behind a "NSFW" blocker. I didn't know the image was my own until I saw my name next to it.

It's because you said the S word.

Maybe Imgflip thinks that government forms that ask for sex identification are NSFW as well...

And most guys who like transwomen prefer the default parts.

But wouldn't that be conceding to the gender-critical/TERF crowd that women must have vulvas and men must have p**ises?

Not all of them do, and whether or not they do it should be none of your f**king concern.

Because they need the social construct to be happy. You've pretty much answered your own question there.

Then they're admitting that sex and gender are intricately connected. This contradicts what the left claims when they say "sex is biological but gender is a social construct".
11 ups, 2y,

That's the whole point of this meme. If sex and gender are not intricately connected, then transgender people would not be demanding sex changes.

Modifying someone's biology is precisely what I have been saying all along. I don't understand where you think you are doing anything to undermine the point I made.

The point is contained in the meme. The left claims that sex is biological and gender is a social construct, but they always end up pushing biological sex changes.

"But why is it unnecessary? If they decided they need to change the way social construct interface with their lives, why is that a contradiction to gender being a social construct? That sounds completely consistent to me!!!!

You haven't explained the inconsistency!!!"

It appears you either don't understand the meme, or the underlying issues.

The entire point is that the left tells us sex and gender are separate concepts. This is how they try to justify how a biological man can be a "woman". However, the left eventually ends up trying to medically change the man's sex through a sex change.

If gender were simply a "social construct", then making biological changes to him via a sex change would be unnecessary.
3 ups, 2y
Nicely put.
2 ups, 2y,

Excuse me, does it occur to you that having a sex change pretty much defeats the whole purpose of this social construct concerning gender?

Wow, try saying it sixteen more times without explaining it and see if that helps.

OR you could offer an explanation as to WHY having gender affirming surgery is incompatible with gender being a social construct. Literally nobody on this page has done that yet.
1 up, 2y,
1 reply
Well, do you have any explanation of how does sex change operation is compatible with gender being social construct? If so, try to convince me.

Why wouldn't it be?

Forget about transgenderism for just a moment. The world will not end if you put that aside for a second and consider something less complicated.

It doesn't get much more of a social construct than haircuts. Haircuts are purely 100% a choice of fashion. There's nothing natural about a buzzcut; it's purely a social choice, based on the haircut you want for yourself and the haircut that will fit into the social role that people see for you. You hair won't grow into a perm or a quiff on its own; these are things that your hair has to be styled until through skilled and deliberate processes.

So your question parses to this: if haircuts are a social construct and everybody knows it, why does anybody get a haircut?
1 up, 2y,
1 reply
So they can look good and it's hygienic.

Putting aside the distraction, if any guy chooses to transition himself into a woman thru surgery, it doesn't change the fact that he is still a biological male. Same thing happens when a woman transitioning into a male; she still a biological female.

Again, how does one being a transvestite has any correlation to a social construct?

Well, no, because if it's a social construct as we've been saying all along, then post- surgery, you ARE a different gender. It's only worthless to people who don't recognise the premise as valid in the first place, which isn't what your question was.

And, since you have demonstrated that you understand this for haircuts, there are aesthetic and wellbeing benefits that they want.

You've answered your own question.

Actually, the whole "gender is social construct" narrative became worthless when someone decided to have a sex change.
And nobody is a different gender after their sex change surgery. A trans woman still have a XY chromosome and a trans man still have a XX chromosome.

Chromosomes are not a social construct.

Decide whether it's supposed to be worthless to you or to the person getting the gender reassignment surgery, then we can talk. Changing the question after I answered it is nonsense.

What I said is basic biology, something of which you that don't understand as of yet.

"Decide whether it's supposed to be worthless to you or to the person getting the gender reassignment surgery, then we can talk. Changing the question after I answered it is nonsense."
Said a guy who thinks transgenderism and social construct of gender goes hand in hand. You have a habit of saying incoherent things to make yourself look smart, aren't buddy?
[deleted]
0 ups, 2y
No, what you said is a contradiction. You're asking about a social construct and then changing the question to genetics when you get an answer. Your high school biology teacher didn't tell you to do that.
