I found it and added it to the Young Frankenstein. I grew up reading comics and think in terms of sequential art.
Unfortunately I'm a cave man with very little technology skills. I don't know how to photoshop. But I can probably use a png sticker to make a Bidenfoot. Just click on my name and it'll take you to all my memes.

I thought I'd seen all the "Biden gropes girl" pictures but this is a new one for me.

Tried searching "Biden gropes girl' on Google and found tons of pictures, but couldn't find this one.
