Since when are the accused not permitted to confront their accusers in court? Kind of sort of in the US Constitution that the accused can face their accuser(s).

If the Republicans were running a "Hunter Biden" inquiry under the same rules as the Democrats are running the Jan 6 committee, you'd be howling fraud!  Watch what videos?  The few minutes they've let out, or the thousands of hours they keep hidden?  Ask the Capitol police, who waived people in to their dooms, or the Capitol Police who shot an unarmed woman and beat another to death?
