Your point? Our educational system is one the most expensive and least effective on the planet. Why? Teachers unions, tenure, and liberal control of our educational institutions. Recognizing there's a problem is the first step. School choice vouchers is a free market solution that would help immensely but leftists don't want to upset the apple cart. They're very protective of their Monopoly.

Also wondering if you have heard of anything except "public education" which by any reasonable measure is a dismal failure; test scores have dropped since the dept of education took over
