Its probably the fact that Black Rock bought up tons of houses and is holding on to them until the prices go up high enough in the housing market that they can dump them all on the market and cause a crash.

They can be pretty fast. If dumped all at once it can crash the market as all the houses will be going through escrow at the same time.
