Hold on to the snakes head while trying to climb down, and when within reach whip the lion repeatedly while moving down slowly and staying away from crocs, then throw snake to crocs for them to eat or fight, grab axe yeet axe at lion, pull axe out of dead lion, and run

Grab the snake so it can't bite you and Chuck it at the lion so it dies, climb down the tree and crush the snake so you don't die (if the snake is poisonous) then chop down the tree on top of the crocs and swim to safety

Throw the snake at the lion and shit on the crocs then wait for the tree to break and swim across the river
