Qasem Soleimani was a military man who, among other things, killed terrorists. Trump had him killed for reasons that are still unknown.

I know I said I'm gone but I just want to give one more statement: Attacking a prominent military leader of a armed hostile country allied with countries like China is more risky than attacking a leader of a fringe group that isn't as strong as it used to be and won't cause a war. While Soleimani was a bad man, his assassination heightened international tensions by quite a bit and risked a war. However, Biden's strike caused many civilians to die which is very bad.

And Obama sat on intel about the whereabouts of Bin Laden for 6 months trying to appease his Muslim overlords.. oops I meant to say trying to figure out if taking Bin Laden down was the right thing to do and how it would look on his approval rating.

Iran didn’t attack us on 9/11. Al-Qaeda did — and as a result Congress overwhelmingly passed an AUMF authorizing military force against Al-Qaeda.

Trump’s bombing of Soleimani (a top Iranian general) was an unauthorized act of war.

Bad guy, and I don’t like Iran at all, but things must be done properly. A President who can potentially take the country to war unilaterally is no longer a President but a king.

The UMF was against "Terrorism". Trump was authorized.

Trump didn't bomb Sulaimani, the Neocons did. That general was meeting the Saudis to discuss peace. The MIC sneaks waited until Trump was at his resort to do the hit. Trump used backdoor channels to contact and calm the Iranians down. Groups like Iran and Taliban have consistently attacked US proxies AlQaidah and ISIS.

So what. Iran is a threat and Solemani was planning terror attacks. Both democrat and Republican administrations have acted on terrorist intel and not felt obliged to wait for attacks to develop.
