If China actually did that, the US would declare WAR! ... unless of course, our Commander in Chief was too scared to do so.

He won't be scared to say it with his words but he probably will with his actions.

Russia and China secretly want war with the US, but are too scared to do so, because they know they would lose! They know how much we spend on military spending, and how many wars we lost (Zero!) so they aren't going to try, even though they would love to!

Um. . .ever hear of a things called Vietnam? That was 'L'. . .

Vietnam is actually kind of complicated... It wasn't as simple as warfare during, say, WW2. I'd say it was a draw since we failed to keep the South free but we also whopped the NVA. Despite the pop culture that the Americans were completely helpless in 'Nam, during the Tet Offensive we actually had the NVA running, and they were even going to attend peace talks. But then Watergate happened and in all the political turmoil the U.S. withdrew.

So we were on the verge of winning, and Nixon f**ked it all up with his illegal shenanigans!

No, a major factor was actually the liberals and their "Make Love not War" bullcrap. It wasn't directly Nixon, but the political strife AROUND Nixon that paved the way for us to withdraw.

Also the Legislative Branch tightening the budget didn't help either.

Yup. Pretty badly, too

Yes. Some people say we won because we had less casualties or something but they just don't want to accept that America actually lost a war.

War was never declared but we certainly didn’t achieve the outcome we wanted. We didn’t lose any battles.

We pretty much were at war.

"We didn’t lose any battles."

That's because there were very few battles at all

"we certainly didn’t achieve the outcome we wanted"

The whole point was to stop the communist spread and we completely failed at that. The outcome was a complete loss for the U.S.

We actually prevented the communist takeover of South Vietnam for many years. When we left, as in Afghanistan, the defense collapsed.

I don't know if war was ever declared between the two Vietnamese countries, but the US came barreling in shooting "for South Vietnam freedom" and that is how the "war" started!

You suffer from deep communist indoctrination and ignorance of history. Vietnam was divided after WW2 with 2 rival rulers. Uncle Ho on the North and Emperor Bao in the South. The Geneva conference of 1954 divided the country into two states. The north had tried to overrun the south since before that time when the French were in South Vietnam.

I didn't pay much attention in history class, but not communist indoctrination. I live in America, where we learn how bad communism is. I never learned much about Vietnam, just what was happening in America, during the time of Vietnam.

It was a fight similar to the one waged on Korea. Communist supported North trying to takeover the entire country. The Us defended the South but in Vietnam it became unpopular so we withdrew and it fell to the communists. This was a tragedy for many South Vietnamese. No better example is North and South Korea. In South Korea people aren’t starving while being forced to worship a hereditary dictator.

*Correction: One Vietnamese country (Vietnam) that was on the verge of breaking into two.

No, they don't because Russia depends on the US like all countries do. Back in the USSR days they got 70% of their wheat from us. At a discount. Russia, like the rest of Planet Welfare, remembers what life was like before Truman decided to remake it in the image of the Gods known as Americans.

China has no desire to go to war with the place that made it rich. That would be like the Prodigal Son killing his daddy. BEFORE he got the money. They'd be better off just nuking themselves to get it over with if they were that suicidal.

Also, China can't risk going to war with anyone major, as they can't grow enough food to feed their masses (sheesh, they need us even for soybeans and buy rice from us too) and stripped themselves of most resources when Europe was still in the caveman stage.

No offense but the USA lost the war of 1812.

With that being said, I'm not siding with Russia and China for that. The US is very capable of winning against them. They met their objectives in Iraq and Afghanistan as Saddam

I would say it was a draw but they burned our Capitol, so ya not good and Vietnam didn’t go well either though war was never declared.
0 ups, 2y
Eh not really... it was kind of a draw, because nothing really happened. Nobody gained or lost anything.

China heard the myth that Pelosi puts monster energy in her cereal instead of milk and has the power to punch through all the drywall in Beijing. She's America's very own pocket rocket.

Why are they so scared of Pelosi?

Because the CCP like to think they own Taiwan, so they assume Pelosi visiting over there would be an affront to their perceived territorial rights. They're big bullies and babies.

The PRC does claim they own Taiwan they just don't control it.

We have history in negotiations with a hostile China during Korea. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. They have the same win anyway you can, alls fair philosophy of our current democrap party. No honor or integrity and bold face lies are common.

That reminds me of the war in Ukraine.

Yes Russians aren’t much better. Stalin bamboozled Roosevelt and outright violated agreements routinely. That Putin is the same shows the Communist mentality to lie if necessary to achieve your goal. They cannot be trusted whether in Russia, China or the United States.

The sad thing is such an event would either show Biden to be too weak to retaliate or catapult us into a world war.
