Read the title. If the child is aborted the "daddy" should be charged with it's death. No different than if he'd killed an unborn baby in a drunk driving accident.

Playing Devil Advocate for clarification - in the states where abortion is illegal, yeah, maybe. In states where abortion is legal I don't see that happening.
