The very reason crime is rising so rapidly is thanks to the Democrat Party's 3-pronged attack (in no particular order):
1. Attack the police, by defunding them, or threatening to defund them. Make THEM the criminals when they apprehend criminals.
2. Failing to prosecute crime, and/or releasing violent criminals on no bond/next to no bond.
3. Inserting immorality and selfishness/victimhood into the public school curriculum. This one has been going on for decades, and it has been bearing exactly the fruit liberal elitists have been hoping for.
4. Democrats openly encouraging criminality, and then aiding and abetting this by helping criminals get out of jail.

Laws are technically not made for criminals- they are there to act as a deterrent for those who would consider becoming a criminal, and then as a hammer to mete out justice should they do so anyway. When you take the "hammer" out of the equation, you have made all laws optional.

This is weighty stuff, Stan, so you need to be careful when considering it. Reality trumps your imaginary view of the world.

- God has said that temptation to sin will enter the world, but woe to those by whom it enters. So when you put forth sinful behavior as something that is good, or post perversion on this site, you are exposing others to temptations to sin.
- One of your more egregious sins is certainly supporting the transgender movement. Between that and homosexuality, there is hardly a better way to sin before THE Creator. When God makes each one of us, He determines our sex. This confusion about gender vs sex is just that- confusion. For thousands upon thousands of years, no one was confused about there being only 2 genders/2 sexes, and there is nothing that contemporary man has uncovered to change any of this. This has always been about flaunting sin in the face of God.

Criminals break laws- it's what they do. And it is an infinitesimal % of gun owners that go from being normal, run-of-the-mill citizens to criminals.
