Upvoted, but I don't think that we should spend  48M just to kill those businesses off with another lockdown. 

Of course I was never for sending Ukraine 40M either.

Unfortunately it winds up in the pockets of special interests, ie, politicians pockets, just like the 40B.

At least with the 40B, you realize that we've been robbed again.
