Gas prices aren't the same for everyone. They vary considerably from state to state...which have multiple variables.

Oy vey. A gas station serves the community. The community can have everything from low income housing to mansions. All the occupants of that community go to the same gas station & pay the same for gas, while everything else is fluid. In Los Angeles, you can literally have homeless villages blocks away from mansions. You can’t be this dense.

San Bernardino County, next to Los Angeles County, is bigger than the entire Netherlands. You’re comparing apples to oranges.
