They have immunity from prosecution.

Immunity from harm the vaccine causes, yes. The product is defective in that it does not do what a vaccine should do. It has failed to prevent transmission or infection. There is no legal protection from fraud.

They passed a law in the US (and many other countries) that no matter what you can't sue the vaccine companies. It was part of the emergency use authorization. They are literally immune to prosecution, except of course the Constitution of the United States overrides any laws passed so you can in fact sue them, but the courts won't follow the Constitution and will throw the case out.
