But it all came crashing to an end when the scandal got exposed. The Steele Dossier was found to be a complete and total fabrication.

Dude, the New York Times reported the Steele dossier was a fabrication. Mueller is part of the group who fabricated everything. If there was anything redacted in his report it was for a political show, trying to make you think there was more.

Insurrection is a violent attempt to overthrow a government. Did that happen on Jan 6th. Was that what the 300 rioters lead by FBI operatives did as the Capitol police unlocked and opened the doors for them? Were they armed to the teeth? Were they armed at all? And who got killed in the riot? Was it government officials or was it rioters?

Did the rioters go into the Capitol Bldg with the intention of overthrowing the government?

It was a riot and those who instigated the riot, participated in the riot should be prosecuted. Eho should not be prosecuted are those who never entered the Capitol Bldg at all.
