Inflation is at a 40 year high. That’s not because of people going back to work after the planned-emic.

Ok, perhaps you can explain it to those of us that eat crayons for lunch. (All quotes below are from your post, nothing is taken out of context.)?

"we've built a strong economy with a strong job market" - OK, got that, self explanatory

Here's where it gets Orwellian "the number-one threat is the strength" - does that mean that a strong economy with a strong job market is a THREAT?

and "that strength that we built is inflation" - further Orwellian double speak - inflation is a STRENGTH?

Obviously Darko here is another Biden sycophant. He thinks the economy is actually getting better and people going back to work after the planned-emic is creating jobs.

Oh no someone called me a name.....What do I do now? Lol

Anyways what I think is the FED is walking on ice trying to slow down jobs/consumer demand without crashing the economy. The stock market has been floundering more or less ever since they announced they would be doubling the rate in which they cut off QE & raising interest rates mid December. But ya hopefully the FED will be successful. If not, I'm sure that will be one more thing blamed on Biden.

As far as creating jobs.... I mean jobs are generally a good thing but unless it's manufacturing products affected by the global supply chains, idk.....

He didn’t create any jobs. People just went back to work after the Planned-emic. If you were any sort of intelligent you could clearly see that senile old Biden is clearly not in charge.

"If you were any sort of intelligent you could"

Such irony,,,

btw, other than some new "Dept of..." position & staff, Presidents don't create jobs. Unless you're referring to the massive hiring of federal workers Reagan and other Republicans since engaged in as a solution' to whatever recession happened under their watch...

Right! Presidents don’t create jobs. But they do enact policies that either foster economic growth or they enact policies that stymie economic growth. And the fact remains that our economy was chugging along pretty good while Trump was in office and since Prez Depends took office our economy has tanked.

About the only one person who has much any effect on the economy is the Chairman of the Federal Treasury by setting interest rates which can spur or slow borrowing and thus spending and in turn, growth.

The economy tanked in 2020 in case you weren't on this planet at the time. Some fella named Mr Corona done did it.
Yup, Diaper Donny's attempt to save 'his economy' by keeping mum about it so he wouldn't "start a panic" sure slowed that freefall,,,

"Yup, Diaper Donny's attempt to save 'his economy' by keeping mum about it.."
Oh, so when he blamed China for it, stopped flights from overseas, and enforced Title 42 back at the beginning of 2020 and you babies screeched "RACIST", he was "keeping mum"?
You never disappoint...you consistently lie and obfuscate every fact and issue.

Lol somehow I missed that irony!

But about the rest of your comment.... Idk. According to whitehouse.gov, the Infrastructure & Jobs Act signed into law by Biden will create 2 million jobs per year for a decade. I am assuming many of these jobs these will be construction contractors and workers. (Not necessarily federal workers or "dept of..." type jobs.) Just sayin'.

For anyone who might have missed it, the narrative here on imgflip has gone from:

Biden "destroyed" jobs in the US....
to
Biden "didn't create" jobs in the US....

I wonder how long it will be before people such as yourself have to shift the narrative once again to:
Well President Biden did create jobs..but not very many.
And then after that..... Well he created a few hundred thousand jobs... but they were bad jobs!
BidenManBad!!
Lol

“How can you believe anything coming out of this Whitehouse?”

He’s a very delusional person who lives in an alternate reality.

$1.2 Trillion with construction materials required to be sourced domestically and you don't think that will create jobs....?? I mean not gonna lie, I'm sure SOME of the $$$ will simply be pocketed by whoever along the way... and you could say well the job figures are wrong (or will turn out to be wrong)... but it would seem pretty far fetched to believe no jobs will be created with that amount of $$ involved. And technically the creation of only 2 jobs are required to make the statement in question false. So.... Ya idk

Nope. Unfortunately Whitehouse.gov predicts ~2 million jobs created per year for a decade due to the Infrastructure & Jobs Act... Not exactly what we need considering we're already at almost full employment + raging inflation but it is what it is.

Biden did destroy many jobs early on when he did things like stopping the construction of the Keystone Pipeline, but the majority of Americans people did have jobs before the Planned-emic that many haven’t been able to return to until recently. This isn’t rocket science.
0 ups, 2y
Lol
Suggestion noted.
0 ups, 2y
True. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that the (temporary) jobs which would have been involved in building that Canadian oil pipeline are like a grain of sand in a bucket as far as jobs in America.

But you want to talk about jobs ok.... how about an additional 2 million jobs per year for a decade created by Biden and his bi-partisan Infrastructure and Jobs Act? I mean literally rebuilding bridges, public transit, water safety, the electric grid, etc...

I guess it's time to pull yourself up by the ol' bootstraps then until the FED raises rates enough to curb consumer demand and/or job growth and thus reduce inflation.... Hopefully they can do it without totally crashing the economy but I guess we'll see.

Ok, there's some truth to what you're putting down but I would say that it only accounts for about 10% of the causation of inflation (damn my rhymes is tight).

The foundation and basis of Bidenflation is his war against fossil fuels. He's on record as a candidate and "president" that that is what he's going for. Shutting down 20% of our domestic production on his first day via executive order started the dominos in motion. Bidenflation doesn't end with what people are paying at the pumps, it also includes what they're paying for natural gas and electricity in their homes. Then, exponentially multiply the cost of all consumer goods and services because everything depends upon fossil fuels either as a raw material in manufacturing or it is required to deliver goods on site or to the retailers and energy is required in processing. These costs don't get absorbed by the corporations, they get passed on to you and me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against renewables, but it's obvious that the technology isn't ready to carry the load and it has to be a much smoother transition from fossil fuels to renewable. No amount of scare mongering will change that.

The return of consumer demand includes fossil fuels. Remember driving around in 2020 and seeing less or sometimes zero cars on the road? The price of oil literally went below zero...(albeit temporarily). Clearly not the case now. There's cars driving everywhere.

In any case US production crashed before Biden got in office and as far as I know all types of fossil fuel production have actually been increasing the whole time he has been in office. I understand you probably do not have any source for that 10% causation figure but I would be curious to see a source for your other claim about "shutting down 20% of our domestic production on his first day via executive order". I must've missed that..?

No, sometimes costs actually do get absorbed by corporations IF they choose to do so. For example big ups, props, and respect to Arizona iced tea for pledging to keep their 99¢ tall cans 99¢ despite inflation!!! I understand they're just one company but sh*t is amazing and I cannot say enough about it.

As far as renewables... Idk.. we might be f*cked anyway at this point.
