Not being legal and criminalized are two different things. One means there is no law one way or another and therefore no punishment. The other means there is a law prohibiting something and a punishment is assigned.

I suspect that if the majority of people in a state demand a law against abortion then the punishment would be applied to the provider and not the patient.

Plus if most states ban abortion then it means Roe v Wade should have never been made into law because laws reflect or should reflect the will of the people. That's why the Supreme Court was forbidden to make law and yet here we are, 50 years later, dealing with a law made by the Court.

Privacy should be respected no matter the state or jurisdiction, it shouldn’t be settled on a state by state basis. All three Trump justices acknowledged and said they respected the almost half a century-long precedent held since Roe.

Abortion MUST be settled on a state by state basis just like any other law. It is the will of the people. Abortion is no exception to that rule. There are just far too many Americans who are sickened by this ruling. It is just as sickening as slavery.

Now let's get to your attacking of Reagan over one comment while defending Guevara and Marx over several comments. The point is you don't like Reagan so therefore you feel justified in condemning him while you like Guevara and Marx so you rationalize their comments.

Well, let's put things in their proper perspective. Marx lived in the mid to late 1800's when the "N" word was in common usage. However there were lots of groups of people whom Marx thought were inferior. He, like Hitler, was a self hating Jew. He thought blacks were inferior. There were lots of other groups were inferior, including the Scots. I only mention that because most of my ancestry is Scottish.

Marx was a miserable man. He estranged his wife and kids and died penniless and alone. While he was alive he spent his days writing love poetry to Satan.

He devised this concept based on socialism and borrowing the labor theory of value, where people would behave like ants and he would be the queen ant. Everyone works to support the oligarchs. There is no capitalism and everyone receives and equal amount of goods and services as determined by the central planners. There is no room for individualism and everyone must comply.

Che Guevara made more comments than just one about blacks. Yes it is fairly common in Latin American countries to be racist against blacks, even today. I've seen it first hand. Especially in Argentina where they think they are superior to everyone else. Do not mistake this as me disliking Hispanics. I grew up in So. Cal and a lot of my friends were Hispanics, I dated Mexican girls. My wife is half Mexican. My sister-in-law married a man from Argentina. Unlike you, I did some quick checking on the interweb. Not every state reports abortion by ethnicity, but those that do show that abortions to Blacks and Hispanic women account for 55 of the over 400K abortions reported by race. So I'll give you half a Pinocchio for inaccuracy on your racist claim since 55% is a majority. But certainly not one that would be under the umbrella of the word "most".
