It's a little more complicated than that.
As part of the deal Disney does a lot of the upkeep and services that would normally be the governments responsibility. They do it more efficiently and for a lower cost than the govt. ever could, so the extra cost would not be offset by the extra taxes Disney would pay.

They're Democrats
Paying more taxes and having the government provide the services where private services can do better, is exactly what they ask for....when it comes to everyone else

I suppose Democrats could get onboard by escalating our divisiveness. All they’d have to do is give free guns to every single person in America. Including illegals.
