Me who’s a liberal: teaching little kids about sex is wrong, teaching them about love is not.

Last place I worked at we had to have a staff meeting and sexual harassment awareness training when one person on the staff complemented another on a new jacket.

Scarface lights cigar | THERE'S A REASON DISNEY DOES NOT TRY TO ANGER THE CHINESE BECAUSE THEY WILL USE THEIR MARKET POWER AGAINST THEM | image tagged in scarface lights cigar | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
The Daily Wire's "DW Kids" is making moves to shrink Diseny's market share and put the fear of the marketing power of conservatives into the Disney board room.

Human Resources called and wants to know where you got the bright idea that discussing being transgender is “sexual harassment.”

That was not included in this year’s training — was it something you read on the internet perhaps?

Most human resource professionals will agree that the discussion of anything related to sex, anything sexual in nature, anything regarding sexual preference, and topics, regardless of current societal relevance, around gender/non-work-related activities have no place at work and are discouraged lest they make anyone uncomfortable in the work environment. This is why these topics are discouraged in the work place. Anyone that is made to feel uncomfortable because of a sexual discussion, even if they over hear it, have cause for a law suit.

I fully agree. Did the OP OVERHEAR the conversation, and is offended by THIRD PARTY HARRASSMENT? Did the op then confront the individuals and let them know that he can hear them? Or, was the op dorectly engage in such conversation? At which time, did the OP make the individual aware that were offended? No, not harrasment!

Ignorance, plain and simple.
