I was watching Gutfeld from a day or two ago and he was putting down his own network, saying

"When Russia went into Ukraine, we had a U.S. General on that said it was all over, no matter what Zelinski does Ukraine has lost and then we just had another U.S. General on that says Ukraine is going to win. I don't know what to believe anymore".

Maybe that's part of the "fair & balanced" coverage?

Well, if someone can tell me why the President and his son are working to bring america to war against Russia, that would be great.

Two reasons - 1. money and 2. because a shooting war helps the incumbent party come election time.

I see nuclear attacks on U.S. soil if we go to war with Russia. America is the one that is bluffing this time.

Absolutely - first, because Biden and his handlers don't look on the chess board past the move they're going to make next. A good chess player envisions four or more moves ahead. They'll sacrifice lives lost in a war for votes. He thinks talking tough will get him votes.

Second, and more importantly, he thinks that he can bullshit the world stage just like he bullshitted the voters throughout 2020. He thought wrong and the world leaders aren't that stupid, they see through him like a see through something or other, you know, the thing.

You’re right. Especially with the bullshitting. I never understand how people just eat up all the bullshit like it’s candy.

Thank you. I just got off another site arguing with people over who is natural and who is on steroids. Had to deactivate my account. Yes, you are right 80% of the population is stupid.

This is a far cry from the America when this nation was founded. We may not have had even close to the knowledge we have now but education was a whole lot more difficult. As a result people were much smarter.

We used to teach kids HOW to think, now we just teach them WHAT to think. They're not graduating with the ability to think for themselves. Some learn to think on their own and we call those kids, conservatives. The rest we call leftists, fascists, socialists, Marxists, communists or just plain old Democrats.

Yes, you are right. I am old enough to have been in school when they taught is how to think instead of telling us what to think.

Either you're older than me or it's because I grew up in California, but I had to figure out how to think mostly on my own. My parents helped by asking me what I thought about things or encouraging me to come up with my own ideas, even if I disagreed with them. My parents were part of the Greatest Generation.

I saw an test that was given to 8th graders from around the turn of the 20th century. I doubt that most college graduates would be able to pass it today.

"We used to teach kids HOW to think, now we just teach them WHAT to think. They're not graduating with the ability to think for themselves"

Conservatives don't usually want people to think for themselves, especially religious conservatives, because thinking for oneself makes it more likely that people will question their beliefs and possibly walk away from their religion.

"Some learn to think on their own and we call those kids, conservatives"

Yeah, like all those conservatives who are convinced that JFK Jr is still alive because some person on the Internet said so. Great job thinking for themselves. 😂

"The rest we call leftists, fascists, socialists, Marxists, communists or just plain old Democrats"

You may call them that but that doesn't make it true. There are plenty of conservatives and liberals who think for themselves. It's stupid to think that only people on your side are capable of thinking for themselves.

"Conservatives don't usually want people to think for themselves"

Are you nuts? It is the Democrats who have been dumbing America down for a century. You guys are the one's directly responsible for the destruction of our education system.

"Yeah, like all those conservatives who are convinced that JFK Jr is still alive"

What are you even talking about? You pulled a story of one nut job and accuse all of us of thinking like that? That's irresponsible.

"There are plenty of conservatives and liberals who think for themselves"

I don't deny that. I'm getting real tired of the looniness coming out of the left. It is insane. There is no reason or intelligence coming out of it. It doesn't seem to matter if a person on the left is capable of thinking for themselves when the defend the most idiotic stuff I have ever seen in my lifetime.

That's horrible that the woman in charged was murdered. That must have been traumatic.

I turn 64 next month. I wasn't in any type of advanced school. Just regular old public school. My parents moved from one part of the LA area to a town in the San Fernando Valley. We lived in a very Jewish neighborhood. For some reason that made a difference in the public education because it was a better. We only lived there for my 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades.
