Also no Racism was not necessary, Southerners where just to lazy to do things themselves so they forced African-Americans to collect cotton against their will. No one ever realizes that Slavery was included in the Constitution, Marriage was only legal for a white man and a white woman, Women were not allowed to vote, men that were not white were not allowed to vote and homosexual sex was illegal. Our history is nothing like we think. I get annoyed when people talk in terms of “taking our rights away.” A lot of things were not our rights.

Racism was not included in the Constitution. And the racist remarks of marriage where made by the Confederacy but opposed by the Union.

Or maybe your forgetting the fact that Americans DID fought to abolish those things. The Republican party fought to abolish slavery, American woman fought for woman's rights, many Americans also fought to make Homosexual marriage legal. Things have got better ever since. Your just denying for the sake of being Anti-American.

Women not being allowed to voted made sense for the time. The people allowed to vote were people who owned land and had a stake in the development of the the area.

I can’t believe you just typed that. The white men who owned slaves got to use each one of their slaves as 2/3 of another vote. So if a white slave owner had 1,000 slaves he got 1 vote for himself PLUS 660 MORE VOTES for his slaves. Yeah, that was liberty at its finest. Then he could arrest, maybe even get the death penalty for the two gay guys that lived in the cottage on the other side of the meadow. Because he heard what sounded like the two of them having Sex when he was hunting near their house. He could rape and kill any black slaves because they were his property. He could probably also do that with his wife, who may have also been property. If he caught a Native American and another white guy having sex or with a mixed child, he could get them arrested and probably the death penalty, too. But, hey, no one could enter his house without a warrant. You didn’t need a warrant for anyone that wasn’t white, either. Because that’s what liberty was. The original constitution really only applied to white men, and to a lesser extent white women. Anything else you see and hear in TV and Movies is inaccurate propaganda.

And yes, I complain about promoting homosexuality and trans sexuality. Especially to young children. It is inappropriate to advocate for heterosexual sexual relations to young children. So it is beyond inappropriate to instead introduce them to non normal sexuality and abnormal sexuality. There are more drug addicts than homosexuals. What next? We promote drug addiction too? No! Because it is not normal. Even though millions of people are doing it. The fact that lots of people are doing something, doesn’t make it normal. I do not think people are entitled to less rights if they are different or abnormal. But that doesn’t mean we promote it either. Getting married? Go ahead. Just don’t mutilate a 3 year old with a sex change when they aren’t capable of getting earrings or tattoos yet.

So it is not appropriate to teach homosexuality. Trans is something else. Once you cross into mutilating away the main defining characteristic of your body—that is very abnormal. No. I am absolutely against that. You can tattoo 99% of your body. IT WILL NEVER BE NORMAL. Self inflicted chemical castration will NEVER BE NORMAL. It’s no different than IFBB bodybuilding. Using steroids to drastically increase masculinity WILL NEVER BE NORMAL. Same thing done the opposite way. Not natural. Not normal.
