If there were anything to those allegations about Trump, the never ceasing Trump hating media would not have stopped, and uncovered it, and mercilessly published all the details.

Biden on the other hand... we have photographic evidence.

You'd want to though because that would be the way to prove your innocence is the problem with that argument though. And the courts keep on almost getting him to. However, him being a wealthy businessman, he's able to delay the trial so that he doesn't have to. Wealthy people pull shit like this all the time

In USA, the accused is innocent until proven guilty. He, and you or anyone else, does not have to prove innocence.

Their inability to find enough evidence to force him to give a DNA sample is proof of his innocence.

Basically, it comes down to predators.

Name one millionaire male, besides Mike Pence, who hasn't had at least one allegation. Once you have enough money, paying grifters whom you have never even met to just shut up, is easier than living in court to "defend your reputation".
