Weren't those a very tiny minority of Russian backed separatists loyal to Russia? They don't speak for "the people" across the whole nation or even their region. That's what democracy is for - majority decides. Still can't see that a tiny minority supported (or even planted) by Russia with their underhanded agenda gives Russia the excuse to invade & destroy a democratically elected society and its people. I'm sure there are a tiny minority of people in every society that want to enforce their fringe opinions on everyone else, that doesn't make it right, especially war. There are peaceful ways to accept/ resolve this, not invading countries & murdering people.

Of course, there is a peaceful solution that doesn't kill people, but Ukraine once tore down the good symbol of a country (the symbol of the person credited with creating Ukraine).
-Lenin-). it was nothing more than an act of ingratitude towards the parents (who make up Ukraine). Moreover, he is also a leader of the former Soviet Union that the people of communist countries all admire. However, in my opinion, a deal on paper will be very unlikely as this also concerns Russia's security (Peaceful resolution can be successful if Ukraine does not join NATO)

Did they tear the statue down before or after Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine? Maybe you can understand their anger towards what the statue represents and the betrayal from their Russian "friends". Around the world, many statues topple when people no longer support what the statue stands for. They have the right to do that & not keep a tribute to Lenin or anyone else, its their country and no one else business. They also have the democratic right to Join NATO if they wish, even if other countries don't agree with it. The reason they want to join is exactly to stop the bullying by Russia which they are doing exactly now. Its not for me or anyone else to deny that to the Ukrainian people if they vote for that. They are not hurting anyone, even if Russia thinks otherwise. I'm sure whichever country you are from, you would not like to be dictated to.

But because Russia was afraid that the US would attack through Ukraine to create a deadly surprise, sooner or later it had to do so. People all over the world demolish the statue of Lenin because they and the country follow the democratic party, even if they do not respect them, they are not allowed to forget and overthrow the statue of the person who founded the communist party and defeated it. against Nazi Germany. (Let's review history to see if the democratic party can do as the Soviet Union defeated Nazi Germany stronger than fascist Japan?). Ukrainians have the right, but are only allowed to knock down statues of their democracy, disrespecting other party leaders is tantamount to starting a war. And Russia's capture of the Crimean seaport is just one way to prevent the US Navy (or prevent the US from sending troops) close to the border.
Russia-Ukraine. Of course, I also don't want to be forced, but I still know if I can perform the act of knocking down the head statue of a hostile party.

I understand, but I only condemn and oppose the hateful actions of the Ukrainian government apparatus. I don't hate their people, they are just being deceived by the government into believing that Lenin (symbol of communism) is dangerous, that's why they do it. I also hope for peace.

it isn't right, just because a country doesn't want to follow another country's rules doesn't mean he has to go and start bombing people
0 ups, 3y,

It's correct. Just because one country doesn't follow the other's laws doesn't mean he can bomb everyone. But we cannot accept that Ukraine insulted, pulled down the statue of Lenin (a noble symbol of the Communist Party) and spread false information about Vietnam's leader Ho Chi Minh. Although Russia does not follow Ukrainian law, that does not mean that Russia wants to break and violate Ukrainian law.

And America doesn't kill children either. Did you see the video of Russian soldiers treating an old woman who went to get water in Ukraine? I believe that Russian soldiers will not take action against innocent children.

I don't know how many times I explained the reason why Russia attacked to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO
0 ups, 3y,

The irony is, Ukraine wants to join NATO for exactly the reason of Russia threatening to attack, and they now have! Wanting to join NATO has proved their reasoning to join NATO. If Russia wasn't a threat, they wouldn't want or need to join NATO. Russia has created the very situation it says it doesn't want to happen!
0 ups, 3y
Russia did not threaten them before the war, they wanted to join NATO to curb their dependence on Russia, but they did not anticipate that Russia thought that they were drawn by the US to attack Russia, so Russia prevented it. . Only then did the people of Ukraine toppled the statue of Lenin, angering Russia, and then war broke out.

If Russia is so strong, why is it so scared of Nato, or is it just insecure?
Democracy is about defending rights, communism is about forcing those rights on others. Who is actually attacking who? Russia attacks because it is paranoid that Nato wants to attack them. When has any Nato country actually attacked them? Nato is a DEFENSIVE alliance and always stated that and shown that. Russia has said it will strike first and it has? Where do you get your opinions from, the state TV that only shows pro Russian propaganda?
As democratic nations, we're also fortunate to be able to decide on our own opinions when we see ALL sides of what is shown on TV, and not just propaganda TV the state only wants us to see.
I'm sure the hundreds of children's dead relatives and friends will be happy to hear how their innocent children aren't actually dead according to you because Russians don't hurt them. Or are you saying those children killed by Russia are guilty of something?
Believe and say what you wish, that doesn't change the facts. One day I hope you'll be embarrassed by your viewpoint and change it when you find out the truth.

Do you know the Vietnam - US war? The Nobel Prize is awarded by the democratic countries of the United Nations to both sides, the United States of America (the aggressor who dropped thousands of tons of bombs on Vietnam and killed thousands of soldiers trying to protect their independence) .) And Vietnam (the righteous side tries to defend the territory). Do you find it strange? The US dropped thousands of tons of bombs that every day Vietnamese people had to go to the bomb shelter at least 2-3 times and left psychological effects later, but in the end the Nobel Peace Prize was also awarded. for them? This is the first evidence of the depravity of democracies. They have put the invader and the independent defender on par, is this the "PROTECTION" you are talking about?
0 ups, 3y
Due to Russia's insecurity. You are thinking wrong, if democracy is to protect interests, it also means to protect people, right? So why do democratic nations incite war? The Khmer Rouge War is an example. They attacked and killed Cambodian and Vietnamese people (lots of people from both countries). And when the Vietnamese Army counterattacked, the democratic countries thought that Vietnam invaded Cambodia. The work of democratic countries does not stop there, but they also introduce sanctions against Vietnam. Back to topic: Russia is wrong but Ukraine is not without fault
(Have you seen their fabrication? The mall location in Kiev was used as a military base which Ukraine said was civilian and when Russia bombed, they said Russia violated the laws of war. ). Communists do not impose orders on anyone, but only bring the rich and the poor closer together and help the poor more so that they can develop themselves and succeed in life. My point is to want peace, countries not at war. Talking about peace reminds me of the Nobel Peace Prize that countries are about to give to the President of Ukraine, it is not a prize but a farce of western countries. I feel like western countries just play and award prizes indiscriminately.

I don't think so. My family will remain at peace. Why do you speak in such an uncivilized way? You talk without concrete evidence, but only curse at me. How does Russia's war with Ukraine affect you?

Do you ever think? Did you see the Russian soldiers treat the Ukrainian people? They always respect and care about people's lives. In contrast, look at America's NATO soldiers. They are rough with people and treat them like animals.

Did ya ever think about me having depression? Iā€™m sick of idiots getting dummer in this world and Putin is one of them
0 ups, 3y
It is not because of Putin that you are depressed. That's because you haven't seen the very good treatment of the Russian soldiers and their actions towards the people. If it was America, even the people would shed blood, not simply evacuate. Only then, you will know the feeling of depression and want to commit suicide when you witness your loved one being killed right in front of you. (People of countries invaded by the US or other capitalist countries have to experience that feeling every day until they are defeated or stand up for themselves.)
