1. Company / politician / nation X wants to force an ideological change
2. Activist group just so happens to want a change that coincides with some of it
3. Company / politician / nation X 'caters' to them
4. The change occurs.
5. Everyone thinks the activists were responsible.

I disagree. I cannot see how a business would want to force you accept biological males in women's sports or in public restrooms. Or ensuring that everyone uses a person's preferred pronoun. Or removing an image of George Washington or Thomas Jefferson from their businesses. What do they get out of it? What I see is that all of this cancel culture crap only ends up costing private businesses money.

I fully understand governments wanting power and control over the lives of everyone. That is pretty much a given.

I see this more as a partnership between paid activist organizations and the government and a whole lot of influence from foreign money. Money that is being spent in America to bring us down.

The right-wing has been “canceling” for decades. “Conservatives” don’t disagree with “cancel culture,” they don’t like the consequences of it on them.

No, choosing where to spend your money isn't cancel culture. Cancel culture is when authority cracks down on someone from above.

Not only is what you said totally untrue, it doesn't even try to be logical, not even to suit what you're (not) saying. How does "authority cracks down on someone from above" when it would be the opposite?

Just because you don't understand economics or what I have said doesn't make it illogical.

You have no idea what you're even trying to say here.
Cancel culture was the topic, not your ignorance regarding economics.

The right wing has no power. Kaepernick wasn't a good football player, that's what "cancelled" him.

Do you think I am going to take any article published on The Nation seriously? Gee, why don't I post a link to the dreaded Fox News or Brietbart.
