No, he doesn't. Congress passed a law about the retention of presidential documents after the Nixon fiasco to prevent the destruction or other misuse of documents in the future. Get your face out of your palm and into a book or a newspaper.

if the President wishes to declassify anything, he has to authorize it in writing. He can't just haul a bunch of boxes of classified documents away while making a blanket declaration that "I'm declassifying everything in these boxes". It doesn't work that way.

I might add that there exists specific classified information which is exempt from all declassification, including presidential. Sensitive compartmented information (SCI), dealing with classified information from sensitive intelligence sources, methods, or analytical processes, must be handled within formal access control systems established by the Director of National Intelligence, who is responsible for safeguarding such information. SCI exists in a state of perpetual classification, which not even the POTUS can undo.
