The admins of the company I work for do. (They're all white). And they want people to donate from their paychecks for 'people of color'. I declined, I'll give independently and to a charity that doesn't discriminate.

I’ve known a black person or two over the years. Most were very aware of black history. To an amazing degree. Better than most people know their own culture. I never heard a black person complain about black history month. But I’ve never known anyone to celebrate it. Maybe I just wouldn’t know? Being so white and everything. But I strongly doubt it.

The one that I'm wait for this year is LGBT month. . .it took them long to realize(last year) they are being used for free advertising by liberal corporations.
