Lol. This wouldn’t surprise you if you knew that Congress has an amendment to the constitution that guarantees pay raises for themselves. When was the last time YOU got a raise? They also have a law that protects them from insider trading charges. F**king convenient.
Wonder why they always shut down the government like every other year now? Because they are just waiting on voting in paycheck and budget increases for the next year. Shutting it down gives them an excuse to not show up to work, but federal employees still get paid. It’s a shill game.
So they just ended the wars in the Middle East and lost all their bullet bribes and guess what? They voted in trillions more money and called it “infrastructure spending.” Not one cent of that is going to rebuild roads, bridges, or “green energy”. It’s going to pay for garbage like the covid testing factory, unfunded pension liabilities, foreign debt, kickback bribes, and bullshit pet projects that do f**k all for us.
It doesn’t matter what political ideology you subscribe to. When our government spends more money than then national surplus, it causes crippling inflation. Inflation that is going to f**k us all regardless of your political opinions. Economics doesn’t care.
