It's a good statement if that is the case - except the right doesn't like the terrists flavor Muslims, not all of the Muslims.

I understand the reasoning. "If you're going to stereotype, why shouldn't I?" At the same time, the answer to that question is, "because you want a different outcome."

Bad behavior is bad behavior, regardless if it comes from Muslims, whites, men, women, or any other group. That's what makes the Armaud Arbery verdict so important. Eleven white juors convicted three white men of murdering a black man in Georgia. *In Georgia.*

Someone else's bad behavior doesn't justify yours.

That's the thing that doesn't work. No one is stereotyping Muslims as terrists variety. At least not en mass effect/percentage of the white/American groups.

A small group of people do - mostly more elderly people on their way out the door that lived during racist times of segregation. They grew up that way - their ideas were rejected by Generation X & inclusiveness in culture shifted with Gen X.

But they are a small percentage of people.

So to say one should start generalizing white people as racist because white people view them as a terrorist... isn't logical because most Americans (white or otherwise) don't think that way.

If you research the Muslim religion, you'll find that they are commanded to kill all infidels and if you can't, you are to assist this that do.

Except every Muslim sends money to mecca and some of that money goes to terrorists.

Stop using Twitter.

My Twitter account was suspended 2 1/2 years ago for linking to MSM articles about the Poway shooter. It's been in the 2 week appeal process for 2 1/2 years.

I have the option to delete the tweets and re-instate my account, but I'd much rather keep my integrity.

I get it. I just never had a Twitter account. I never saw the appeal. I had FB for about 10 years and then stopped using it.

It's definitely a time suck. I stopped using FB a few years ago, because I realized how addictive it is. I spent a lot of time using both Twitter and FB - so in a lot of ways, being banned has been a good thing. I just don't like being silenced.

That's interesting, because I always found FB to be kinda boring. To each their own, though. Maybe I just don't know interesting people!

It's easy to get caught up in interest groups. My wife and I ran a group with 1/4 million people in it for a while. That was very time consuming, and as soon as we had sponsors lined up to do promotions within the group in exchange for merchandise we could use for contests - the group owner saw dollar signs and kicked out all of the moderators and f**ked up all of the deals we were making.

As I understand it, all of the deals fell through.

That was the end for me. People I thought were my friends turned as soon as they saw opportunity to make money. My plan was much bigger - and everyone would have benefited. Some people can't see the forest for the trees.

I was there at the 'start' of both Facebook and Twitter. I didn't use FB because it encouraged people to give up their online anonymity and Twitter with their 250 characters limit rule is not a conservation.
