That's an awesome meme and it made me think about a quote that I heard or read about the constitution - to paraphrase "the constitution wasn't written to specify what the government could do, it was written to specify what the government couldn't do"
Somehow we got away from having a government that just does those basic functions that they're supposed to do to having a government that just does whatever it wants.
