So I asked him how would people in his state act if they saw someone dressed in black, just that, no blue jeans and flannel, just black.

They just do what they are told, and vote party line. If the R get behind an amendement, they will vote against their own interest everytime!!!!!! The bad part is, both sides are guilty of amendment jumping.

I've had people on this site argue against me when we were in agreement, trying to reframe is as a "Us vs You Guys" because I'm not a Trumper.
Others who realized we did agree about something get really miffed when they realize a day later that I didn't suddenly convert or switch 'sides.'

But in this case is the simple fact that if someone dressing in black or anything outside basic jeans and flannel wanders through town, the get stared at, hassled even. Even in the suburbs right outside of NYC, people will gawk like you fell out of the sky.
