I know about the gun technicality thing. I believe the intention of the law was to prevent kids from walking around in the streets with guns. They managed to use some hunting law loophole to let him off the hook for that. It's a loophole that they'll undoubtedly close after this.

I disagree. It was an unlawful carry like I said, the loophole was a farce and I don't believe the judge was being impartial at all. He allowed important aspects of the case to be set aside which would've surely meant some sort of punishment because he was so biased.

If Kyle had been black, we all know this would've been a completely different outcome from the start. Kyle wouldn't have been able to just walk by the cops holding that gun after shooting people. So from top to bottom this case wasn't just at all. But karma is a bitch and I'm sure he'll get what's coming to him in this life or the next. That's how I feel about him.

The judge was not biased. The prosecutor was stupid and violating the constitution, and we all know it. The judge gave him a lot of grace.
