I'm totally vaccinated including booster. I don't fear the unvaccinated, I've done what I need to do to protect myself and my family. If someone wants to go unvaccinated I don't care. It is their health ultimately they put at risk. Even I, who is fully vaccinated can test positive for Covid and spread it potentially the same as an unvaccinated person. But, I believe, that should I get an active case of Covid I will fare better than them. That's all I can do.

Exactly. You understand logic.

And those who choose not to get an experimental mRNA that is supposed to stop a cold virus understand biology.

Always nice to see or read people who make sense

it's not always about a vaccine, it also depends on our genes too! there's a gene in the chromosome that weakens the respiratory system affecting people up to 60.

Berry, good for you, at least you're not totally insane. Most pro-vaxxers screech at the sight of the unvaxxed, no logic or reason behind it, just irrational fear.
1 up, 3y
Thx. But I am not a "provaxxeer", I believe it is a personal choice.

Sorry , you can't make decisions for other people

Can you make decisions about not allowing the government to force people into decisions?

this is a good question, some vaccines need to be forced, but there are so many doubts about the covid vaccine it's hard to decide

Exactly this is an ineffective experimental vaccine for a hardly fatal flu. Small pox killed 130,000 when our population was 1 percent of what it is now and people want to pretend what they did during that real crisis is relevant to today.
2 ups, 3y
No vaccine needs to be forced.
They either work or they don't.
If it works, you don't need to force it.
If it doesn't work, you shouldn't force it.
4 ups, 3y
They shouldn't be
3 ups, 3y
I don't want to. Exactly the opposite.

The unvaccinated are more likely to spread covid and as we all know, the vaccinated can still catch covid. One of the other ways is this, the unvaccinated are clogging up hospitals, now, if a vaccinated person needs a knee or hip replacement or heart surgery, they are less likely to get hospital time if the hospital is full of unvaccinated covid cases.

I need to know why your vaccine isn't good enough, yet you want to force everyone to get it and show papers. It's logically unsound.

The vaccine doesn't stop spread, it only reduces harm.
(It has to do with the fact that the mucosa layer and the rest of the body use the immune system differently. The vaccine does not stop the virus from getting into your nose and throat and making you contagious. This is why breakthrough cases are so common and why the people effected have better outcomes, but the vaccine does nothing to stop spread - the infections you get in your nose and throat, the mucosa layer, are the ones that make you contagious.)

So if it reduces harm than the people that get it should not have to worry about those that don't.

Yes. That is why all the "my vaccine doesn't work unless you are vaccinated" memes are funny.

So…it’s not actually a vaccine, huh?

It's a half vaccine. You old build a mucosa vaccine, and some do exist, but because of how that part of the immune system works they are always short lived. You would need mucosa vaccines every second week, or sooner for them to be effective.

No, it's not "a half vaccine". That term doesn't even make sense. It's just not a vaccine at all. It's a poorly-tested novel medical treatment that is killing people.

It is a half vaccine, but the thing is a half vaccine is zero useful when it comes to stopping spread.
1 up, 3y
Define “half vaccine” please because that term makes no sense to me.
1 up, 3y
People dying two weeks after the jab is not enough evidence to support that it's killing people.

People having cardiac complications after taking the vaccine is also not evidence they are dying or that it's deadly.

There needs to be a direct line of cause to the death and, so far, those numbers are lower than people dying from covid. Which, unfortunately, is still more ideal.

And the point.
