Normally reporting in VAERS is optional. For COVID vaccines it isn't optional. If you got the COVID vaccine and then an elevator fell on you, they would be required to report it.

You just made me REPENT from making this meme; HOWEVER, your VAERS info is WAY outdated! First of all, they update it weekly (every Friday), and as of Oct 15th, Deaths are at 17,128! Secondly, it is common knowledge that VAERS numbers actually REALLY represent only about 10% of what the REAL NUMBERS ARE. Also, the FDA or CDC can NO LONGER be trusted because they have become too political AND too many conflict$ of interest$! Finally, the FDA recalls hundreds, sometimes thousand medications EVERY YEAR! ALL of those recalls, have killed a lot LESS people than these current vaccines! By the way, the message of the meme is CORRECT!

You are using either a search from VAERS that includes all countries or going to openVAERS. openVAERS is much simpler but if you look on their FAQ they explain that they are pulling a report with all locations. That also explain why there are even reports from other countries in VAERS.

Common knowledge that VAERS only had 10%. - not common knowledge, and I'm skeptical. Doctors are required to report adverse reactions, and anyone can report. Doctors, nurses, friends... But you are skipping The fact that not all VAERS reported incidents are actually attributable to the vaccine. It says so on the same site you get the info from.

FDA CDC trusted - it isn't a binary on off thing. You should always be skeptical. The idea that it's trust/don't trust is simplistic.

Okay, if you're religious, I'm sure your religion has some prohibition against knowingly spreading falsehoods. VAERS does not -- DOES NOT mostly report deaths from the vaccine. It reports deaths AFTER the vaccine: every car accident, long-standing battle with heart disease, chicken-bone choking. That data does not prove your case. Please stop trying to scare people with falsehoods.
