Yes. There are people who are immune to AIDS, Polio and Small Pox, too. If you think 700,000+ people dying is a joke and a hoax, you’re too stupid to listen to. It sounds all well and good when people say things like you’re saying. But let’s say you get into a terrible accident or you get cancer and have to go to the hospital for surgery. If that happens, even you are almost guaranteed dead when you get Covid. That fact should be enough for the morons to understand why Covid is so bad.

This might be a misunderstanding. Are you talking about the ~10% of Caucasians with a genetic mutation that makes them resistant to catching HIV, or do you mean that someone can catch aids, recover, and have immunity for the future?

Aids is a chronic disease. You can't get rid of it. You can't develop a natural immunity catching it again because it never leaves you. This isn't an opinion supported by fake facts, a simple Google search will back this up

Partially true. It is not known if AIDS remains in the body under current treatments which drive it down to undetectable. But the point is how is AIDS so much worse if it only kills 700,000 people in 40 years than Covid did in 18 months? It is still 40x more deadly than AIDS. Because it’s more contagious. I never had an STD. But since no one is dying of syphilis or gonorhea that doesn’t mean I’m going to stick my dock in any hole it fits in to. You are just clinging on to any pathetic excuse you can find to justify your agenda. It is stupid. And people are dying from this idiocy. If they started a new AIDS vaccine would you refuse it? A cancer vaccine? Lots of people survive cancer. Why get a vaccine for it???

I wasn't trying to say anything about the vaccine, I tried to give an explanation for why natural immunity doesn't work for aids or chronic diseases, but it does with other diseases. That was what your meme seemed to ask.

Natural immunity applies to every disease. Some people are immune to AIDS. Some people are immune to cancer. You still get vaccinated for all viruses and infections that you can. Natural immunity is bullshit. Let’s just tell every gay guy he shouldn’t worry about AIDS because he is probably naturally immune. Mathematically, he is still 40x more likely to die from Covid. However, realistically, in 2021, it more like he would be 100% not likely to die from AIDS even if he gets it. No matte what excuse you present—Covid is still the worst option.

Okay, I see what you mean by natural immunity. When people say natural immunity to covid, they typically mean immunity developed by the immune system after catching it once before. I haven't seen anyone saying that the population is naturally immune to it because they have some specific gene like with the 10% of whites figure I mentioned with aids. There may be people out there who do, but I haven't encountered them. What studies into natural immunity to covid post-infection have shown, though, is that people who have had covid before and haven't gotten vaccinated are still 10-30x as protected from reinfection than those with the vaccine who haven't had it before. I hope this information helps :)

All I can say is I know of people who had relatives that died from it and not all of the people in the household ever got it. Even with daily close contact. So it is a real thing. They said their doctors said it is pretty common to see that.

I never had strep throat. My brother and sister got it all the time. My son had it, and I tried to see if I could get it. And I literally tried by using the same cup for water to brush my teeth. Every day. And no matter what I did, I never got it. And I did it more than once and I got their doctor to test me. Never got it. So I know natural immunity to things even without getting them is real.

Yes, some people do have natural genetic or otherwise naturally occurring immunity to some diseases. I was just clarifying that when people bring up natural immunity to covid, that's usually not what they are talking about.

No it can’t. That’s why Covid is worse. And if you werent making up facts to satisfy your opinion, you would know that since the beginning of AIDS in the 1980s, only 700,000 people died from it. And that only 13,000 people die from it per year. So, by science and math you are completely wrong. Covid is literally worse than AIDS. And is definitely more deadly.
